Note: Previous numbers such as 211 and 800-273-8255 will continue to function but 988 is easier to remember and serves the same purpose.

Connect with a trained staff member from a sexual assault service provider in your area that offers access to a range of free services. Crisis chat support is available at Online Hotline. Free help, 24/7.
NAMI HelpLine
The NAMI HelpLine can be reached Monday through Friday, 10 am–6 pm, ET. It is a free service that provides information, referrals and support to people living with a mental health condition, family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public.
TrevorLifeline
The Trevor Lifeline is a 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention helpline and text line for LGBTQ youth.
For 24/7 access to substance use treatment, including detox and transportation, call the Access Line at 1-800-563-4086 or Text “Start” to 678-678.
